| KVL Graphics is very honored to help you with the image for your graphic designs! 1. KVL asks for some preliminary information from you as a client to insure a good working relationship. * Your company name and your name. * A valid mailing address. * A valid phone number, cell phone and fax number. * An email address or addresses. The information above is needed to start paperwork, to send to you and for KVL's business records. 2. When the design idea you are envisioning is established, KVL will supply you with a very accurate estimate based on your design needs. KVL has a reasonable flat rate of $68.00 per hour. There will be a minimum of $68.00 for the start of any project. Additional time after the first hour can be divided into quarter or half hours. Designs are a very customized service. As the client you must be clear with your desired outcome based on your budget and KVL will work with you. You will be supplied with a CD rom of all the various file types needed for your personal needs and the needs of other business you choose to do work with, such as marketing companies, printers, sign shops, web designers... etc. One disk is included in your job. Additional disks (if original is lost or damaged) are $5.00 each plus postage. 3. When an estimated design fee is given to you - either on a written email or by a formal estimate (PDF file), a 50% deposit is required for KVL to start on your design. Once work is started, the deposit is non refundable. KVL can assure that a design you'll be satisfied with will be completed. 4. KVL will email you a link to view proofs online or as attachments through email. Proofs must be approved for proper spellings (especially if a substantial amount of copy is involved) by you, the client. Please be aware that colors that are decide upon may appear different on various computer monitors. Final colors can always be adjusted based on the project. 5. Design pricing has no sales tax as it is labor only. Other items you might considering ordering through KVL, such as promotional items, signs, or any printed material, will be a fixed price with standard Maryland sales tax included for clients in Maryland. * Pricing for these items will be given to you upon your request. 6. KVL reserves the right to utilize any and all designs as samples for the KVL portfolio. 7. If a design is specifically being used on promotional items for a profit, KVL asks for recognition on that item, in leiu of collecting a royalty from the sales. 8. All of the above policies also apply to ALVA Graphics and Fine Arts, as a partner of KVL Graphics. If you have any questions at all about these policies or about something not mentioned here that may concern you, please contact KVL KVL is open to fair negotiations of these policies, based on your needs as a client.
